Here’s a bird’s eye view of my background & credentials:

Over the past 20+ years, I’ve had the honor of working with hundreds of clients to help them navigate their unique journeys from stuck, blocked, confused and disconnected to fulfilled, energized, joyful and alive.

→Bachelor of Arts, Psychology, University of Texas at Austin

→Master of Arts, Clinical Psychology, Columbia University

→ABD, Clinical Psychology, Doctoral Program University of Vermont

→Professional Certified Coach (PCC)

→Member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) – A universal and singular method that demonstrates a coach’s superb knowledge, skill, ethics and competencies. ICF is the hallmark and gold standard in the coaching industry.

→Years of education and rigorous training in the arenas of clinical psychology and counseling of adolescents, adults, and couples. This unique dual training in clinical psychology and coaching allows Carrie to offer her clients the very best and most transformative approaches from both worlds-therapeutic insight, tools, and application with the dynamic process and protocol of an expert coach.

→Although I have many degrees and certifications, the quality which distinguishes my skill and success the most is my own personal experience. Without my own powerful life experience of pain and the inability to move forward shifted by my own personal revolution in coaching, I would not be the coach I am today. Life, as for us all, has been my greatest teacher and when we can understand and find the value in our own personal struggles, we can begin the first strategic steps in transcending them to a new and more purpose-driven life.

When you bring me on your team, you have partnered with a powerful and expert ally in raising awareness, creating tangible and compelling action plans, and the step-by-step guidance and support in creating the life you love.
